What is this?
It is a difficult task to put a menu together because we not only have to think about the customers’ favourites but we also have to take account of all the tasks in the kitchen required by the preparation of the given course. I have been cooking in the kitchens of smaller and larger restaurants for more than 20 years now, and I have seen and experienced a lot. I am more than happy to help you, your work with recipe improvement so that you can avoid all those mistakes I have already come across.
